From the Aeolian tradition and love for their land comes the project of Francesca and her family. Francesca, owner of Al Belvedere Salina, has always had a special love for welcoming her guests, and for taking care of services such as breakfast, where she serves local products, which has become an unmissable ritual for those who stay at Resort.
The idea is then to introduce everyone, guests and non-guests alike, to the taste of the authentic hospitality of Aeolian families, and their deep connection with the land and agriculture.
The delicacies prepared by the skilful hands of Francesca and her mother have created the possibility of selling the most renowned products: jams, fruit juices, candied fruit and dried fruit candies made from jam.
The jams and marmalades are all made with fruit from the island of Salina and from the family farm, with no added thickeners and very little sugar. They are suitable for coeliac sufferers and are handmade at every stage of the production process.
